After the excitement of the concert, it is time to enjoy the garden of the winery. Under the Valdeorras night sky, we will share a selection of our wines and pinchos of the area. It’s time to chat with the artists and toast to the night.

Just as Lucius Pompey carved his name in stone in the 1st century to conquer oblivion, we invite you to create your own legacy. In this workshop, the cave becomes your design studio.

The Experience
After exploring the path and understanding the essence of our slate, we’ll provide you with the materials: handmade papers and natural inks. By the light of the cave, you’ll design the label for your own bottle, drawing inspiration from the Galician art in our collection and the sensations of the landscape.

You’ll take home a unique bottle from our cellar, adorned with your own artwork. A reminder that you, too, are part of this stone’s story.

The art is not behind glass; it is here, under the vault of the cave, allowing for a unique physical and spiritual connection during your visit.
In the depths of our cave, wine is not the only one that keeps silent. Over the decades, our family has assembled a selection of works that capture the soul of Galicia and the character of Ourense.
We do not understand our winery without the talent of our land. For this reason, we have integrated our private art collection among the niches and stone arches of the cave. Here, the works of Ourense masters and contemporary Galician artists are not only exhibited; they coexist with the humidity, the gloom and the rest of our historical vintages.
