The 18th century natural cave excavated under the mountain together with the selection of the best barrels from the most prestigious cooperages, make Joaquín Rebolledo's wines very personal. French and Caucasian oak dominate the cellar cave. There, with specific conditions of humidity, temperature and silence, the reds acquire a remarkable and differentiating expression.
