- Aroma: High aromatic intensity. Frank primary aromas, stone fruit and citrus, perfumes of apple and pear, apricot and peach, sensation of fennel.
- Mouth: In the mouth it is unctuous, with a light oily texture and well structured. Well-balanced acidity, slightly sweet, and with an elegant bitterness that makes it persistent in the mouth. Long fruity aftertaste.

Destemmed (separation of the grape grains from the stem) and lightly squeezed. Film maceration of the grapes at about 10ºC (previous passage through the paste exchanger). Pressing followed by static racking.
Fermentation of clean juice in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Aged on lees.
