- Mouth: It is dense, fatty, tasty and persistent. Balanced acidity, somewhat saline and with a subtle and elegant bitterness that makes it persistent and seductive. Fresh and spacious, with a promising life.

Destemmed (separation of the grape grains from the stem) and lightly squeezed. Film maceration of the grapes at about 10ºC (previous passage through the paste exchanger). Pressing followed by static racking.
Fermentation of clean juice in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Aged on lees.
