Joaquín Rebolledo Mencía, is a young wine that amazes with its cherry color covered with purple rim, its aroma of cherry, blackberry and raspberry with light mineral notes, and its fresh, unctuous, light and harmonious flavor. Thanks to these properties, it is an ideal wine to accompany Italian and Mediterranean food, gratins, roasts, stews and cod in all its forms.

Elaboration of Joaquín Rebolledo Mencía wine:
Manually selected vintage in boxes. Cold maceration of the grapes (previous passage through the paste exchanger to lower the grapes to 10ºC).
Fermentation of the grapes at a controlled temperature of 25ºC, with two or three daily pump-overs (to achieve the greatest extraction of structure and color from the grape skins). Pressing and final fermentations. The technique of micro-oxygenation is used in the different stages.
