Joaquín Rebolledo Mencía
24.60€ – 90.00€
This exquisite red wine is made from Mencía variety grapes at the Joaquín Rebolledo wineries in the heart of Valdeorras, Galicia, Spain. Joaquín Rebolledo Mencía is a young wine that marvels with its cherry color covered with a purple rim, its aroma of cherry, blackberry and raspberry with light mineral notes, and its fresh, unctuous, light and harmonious flavor. Thanks to these properties, it is an ideal wine to accompany Italian and Mediterranean food, gratins, roasts, stews and cod in all its forms.
Selection of the native variety Mencia, from owned and controlled vineyards in Fontei, Freixido, Trasdeirelas, Pedrazais, A Veiquiña, O Redondo and San Roque. Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes.
In 2024 the weather was humid and moderately warm. Excellent state of maturity and perfect weather for a good health condition of the grapes. Mild nights and warm days. Excellent balance between alcoholic strength and acidity.
